Work through the A R T format

Go to St. Jos website; click Social Concerns at the top.  Many ideas listed under Volunteer Ideas for Kids and Volunteer Opportunities. Open the sites and you will fine events and needs for young people.

Look at a copy of the book The Kid’s Guide to Service Projects on the religious ed book shelf.

Review the ST. JOS GUIDELINES for teachers when organizing the project with the parish.

Get in touch with the Social Concerns office and speak with Jeanine Cavanagh for any ideas and clarification.  (Remember:  funding for your class project is available through the Social Concerns office - just ask!!)
